The course in Negotiation Mastery equips the graduate “with the skills to close deals that might otherwise be deadlocked, maximize value in the agreement you reach, and resolve differences before they escalate into costly conflicts.”

The course is conducted Michael A. Wheeler, MBA, and professor of Management Practice at Harvard Business School. He is the author of eleven books, the most recent of which is The Art of Negotiation: How to Improvise Agreements in a Chaotic World. He has long been an innovator in using the latest technology to teach negotiation.
