Commissioner Scott Carnahan has been reappointed to serve on the Small County Coalition of Florida’s Executive Committee for 2021 by the elected officers of the committee.

Commissioner Scott Carnahan Reappointed to Small County Coalition

Established in 1992, the Small County Coalition is a statewide alliance of 39 county commissions from small and rural counties with a population smaller than 150,000. The Small County Coalition’s primary mission is to help Florida’s small and rural counties address legislative issues from a small county/rural perspective and work effectively with state agencies leadership. There are 15 Senate Districts and 24 House Districts that include all or a portion of a small county.
