Join UF/IFAS Extension Citrus County for a Pressure-Cooking Workshop

Not sure how to use it? On Thursday, May 5, 2022, from 11:00am – 1:00pm, UF/IFAS Extension Citrus County will host a “Cooking Under Pressure” pressure-cooking workshop. The event will be held at the Extension office, located at 3650 W Sovereign Path, Lecanto, FL 34461.

This hands-on class will cover different models, appliance features, safety tips, additional equipment, and tricks to make cooking a breeze. Participants will complete a recipe in an electric pressure cooker and enjoy a meal together. The cost for the workshop is $15.00 per person. Pre-registration is required as class is limited to 12 participants.
