New Hire Sign-On Incentives for Head Start/Early Head Start Positions
Earlier today, Mid Florida Community Services, Inc. (MFCS), announced that sign-on incentives would be offered to individuals hired to fill both full-time and part-time positions within the Agency’s Head Start/Early Head Start (HS/EHS) program from July 12, 2021, through October 29, 2021.

Operating in Hernando, Sumter, and Volusia Counties, HS/EHS programs promote the school readiness of children ages birth to five from low-income families by supporting the development of the whole child. HS/EHS programs are based in centers and schools. We believe in the support of children’s growth and development in a positive learning environment through a variety of services, which include early learning, health, and family well-being.
In order to qualify to receive the full-time ($1,000) or part-time ($500) position incentives, individuals must meet all pre-hire requirements and maintain employment for a minimum of one year from the date of hire.
