Citizens are now able to submit service requests to various Citrus County BOCC divisions using a new user-friendly, 24/7 online portal located at portal.citrusbocc.com.

New Online Citizen Portal Now Available

Requests for Engineering, Grounds Maintenance, Road Maintenance, Solid Waste, and Water Conservation can now be submitted using this portal. To take advantage of all the available options, users must register and create an account.

The Department of Systems Management will continue to add functionality for other types of requests. This new system streamlines the process of receiving and responding to citizen input for County departments and divisions while enhancing the customer experience.
