Pet of the Week – Pimento and Patsy Cline
Pimento (ID: A001174) is as sweet as she is beautiful! She is about 3 years old and 45 pounds. This happy, energetic girl loves to run and play. She’s sure to charm you with her silly antics! She also walks well on a leash and takes treats gently. Pimento can be a little nervous with sudden touches and movements, so a home with adults only or older children may be best. She may also do best in a home without other dogs. Pimento did test positive for heartworms, and Pasco County Animal Services staff would be happy to discuss treatment options with you. PCAS will reopen for dog adoptions on Nov. 4, so please make an appointment on or after that date to meet Pimento!
We’re “crazy” about Patsy Cline (ID: A000843)! She is about 4 years old and 45 pounds. This happy girl’s tail is always wagging. She is a sweetheart and likes to be in your lap. She also walks well on a leash, sits on command and takes treats gently. Patsy is learning to make friends with other dogs, preferring smaller groups of gentle playmates. She did test positive for heartworms, and Pasco County Animal Services staff would be happy to discuss treatment options with you. Pasco County Animal Services Adoption Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to provide form of photo identification
- Must be willing to provide a loving home for a shelter pet
