Join the UF/IFAS Extension Citrus County for a Pressure-Cooking Workshop

On Monday, August 8, 2022, from 5:00-7:00pm, UF/IFAS Extension Citrus County (located at 3650 W Sovereign Path, Lecanto) will host a HANDS-ON “Cooking Under Pressure” class. The session will cover different pressure cooker models, appliance features, safety tips, additional equipment you can purchase, and tricks to make cooking a breeze. Participants will complete a recipe in an electric pressure cooker and enjoy a meal together. The cost for the workshop is $15.00 per person. Pre-registration is required as class is limited to 12 participants.
