Park volunteers at Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park have been hard at work setting up a Halloween boo-through conservation experience. Located in the park’s Visitor Center, this free Halloween display follows the theme of facing “An Environmental Disaster”.

Walk through a coastal scene where human actions have caused pollution from garbage and an oil spill has harmed the environment. The display gives examples of how we can work together as a community to prevent pollution and encourage conservation.

The boo-through is open now through October 31, 9AM to 5:30PM. The display is free to enjoy. There is a donation box for the Friends of Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park if you wish to make a contribution
