Adopt a Working Cat

By Meaghan Goepferich Posted on January 21, 2022

Need low-cost, natural pest control?

Try a working cat!

Pasco County Animal Services currently has 10 working cats available.

These cats have lived with humans and rely on a consistent food source, but they are not friendly enough to be indoor pets. They would love to live at a barn, church, warehouse, storage facility or other property with a rodent problem. All working cats are vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and microchipped.

There’s no adoption fee, just the cost of the county license fee ($5 per year).
