1st Annual Nature Coast Holistic Health Expo

Are you tired of the medical merry-go-round? Learn about a variety of local businesses and organizations that provide information, services, goods, and demonstrations of ways to enhance your health holistically at the First Annual Nature Coast Holistic Health Expo.
Guest speakers will teach about mind shifting, medical marijuana, nutrition, and physical fitness. There will also be demonstrations of yoga, qi gong, tai chi, jazzercise, line dancing and cardio.
You can expect to talk to many people in the healing business; from sound healers, to authors, to massage therapists, reiki practitioners and other modalities.
Bring your friends and family. The Bloodmobile will be onsite. Drawings will be held for door prizes. Food vendors will be available, and a classic car show will provide eye candy!
The $5 entry fee is a donation to the church for their generosity in allowing us to use their beautiful facility.
