Citrus County Genealogical Society Meets on January 9

The Citrus County Genealogical Society will meet on January 9 at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints, 3474 W Southern St., Lecanto.

The speaker will be Diana Crisman Smith who will be talking about “What’s Black and White and Read Online: Using Newspapers in Genealogy.”

She will be talking about why using newspapers is helpful and important in genealogy, what are the best sources for them and how to use them. Guest are welcome.
