Citrus County Genealogical Society Seminar: Sydney Cruice

The Citrus County Genealogical Society is having a seminar Saturday, February 24 from 10 to 2 with a bring your own brown bag lunch.

It is at 4958 W Crystal Oaks Dr., Lecanto. It is off Hwy 44 just west of the intersection of 44 and 589. Sydney Cruice is professional genealogist, writer and national lecturer.

She will be talking about “Just Google it! Using Google to Discover your Roots” and “Finding your Way Through Immigration and Naturalization Records.” Derek Vorobok has a Master’s Degree in American Military History and has a passionate interest in the American Civil War. He will be talking about “The Importance of Military History for the Genealogist with Ancestors in Past Wars.”
