This yoga class is calmly paced and includes stretching, breathing techniques, slow movements, and relaxation. All levels are welcome and modifications of poses will be offered.

Alicia is a certified Yoga Instructor registered with Yoga Alliance. She has completed two 200 hour Teacher Trainings and teaches Yoga Classes weekly at local studios . Alicia was introduced to Yoga and healthy living over 30 years ago and strongly believes that her daily practice of Yoga and meditation have helped to reduce stress, gain mental clarity, overcome loss, and achieve an overall sense of well being. Her classes are calmly paced and include a combination of breathing techniques, stretching, poses, movement and relaxation.
