March 23 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Free
bat chat

Speaker Shari Blissett-Clark dispels the myths and misconceptions that surround bats and reveals the fascinating facts. Bats provide important environmental services that factor heavily into medical research, preventive medicine, agriculture, and habitat health. Discussion will include the conservation status of Florida’s bats and simple steps that anyone can take to help these beneficial mammals thrive in our human communities.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet live Florida bats after the presentation, and bat houses will be available for purchase.

All are welcome at this free meeting. Contact Bev: bevalhansen@gmail.com or 352-686-0460.
