Effective immediately the Florida Licensing On Wheels (FLOW) Bus that offers limited Driver License services will no longer be located in Hernando County. The FLOW Bus is being used in Lee County to service those in need from Hurricane Ian.

Hernando County Driver License Service Locations

Due to the Florida Highway Patrol closing the building on US 98 N/Ponce de Leon Blvd, that housed our Driver License branch office, the locations for Driver License services are limited and listed below:

• Full service Driver License issuance is located at the Westside Government Center @ 7489 Forest Oaks Blvd, Spring Hill, FL 34606 M-F 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Certain services require appointments, visit our website: www.hernandotax.us for more information.

• Driver License Clearances only is located in the Courthouse office @ 20 N Main St, Room 112 Brooksville, FL 34601 M-F 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (Traffic citations, child support, court cost suspensions, Insurance suspensions) No printing of DL or ID cards.
