• Transit Services (TheBus)
• Animal Services

Normal business hours will resume for these offices/services on Wednesday, July 5, 2023.

Hernando County Solid Waste Facilities:

All Hernando County Solid Waste Facilities are closed on July 4, 2023. There will be no curbside trash, yard waste or recycling picked up in observation of Independence Day.

Following a holiday, your trash, recycling or yard waste will be picked up on your next regularly scheduled service day. Please call Republic Services at (352) 540-6457 for questions or concerns regarding your curbside service.
