Member of New Port Richey FarmNet Receives Certification as Master Gardener

Friends and colleagues of FarmNet gathered recently to celebrate Barbara Klepper’s successful completion of the Master Gardener’s course for which she received a certificate noting her new title and accomplishment.

The celebration was the highlight of New Port Richey FarmNet’s annual “summer soiree,” held at Rose’s Bistro in downtown New Port Richey.  Dell Dechant spoke about the FarmNet program and lauded Ms. Klepper’s success.  Ms. Kleper told about her studies and her garden plots at Grand Gardens and her home.  
 
Ms. Klepper and several persons attending the dinner are members of FarmNet, as is Rose’s Bistro.
 
New Port Richey FarmNet is dedicated to quickening the rise of a healthy and resilient community in the City of New Port Richey and surrounding areas on the basis of agrarian principles and practices, and a commitment to food sovereignty.
