Join the Old Courthouse Heritage Museum and the Citrus County Historical Society for “Music at the Museum” on Thursday, October 20, 2022.

Music at the Museum presents Hernando Harmonizers

This event features the Hernando Harmonizers, a local chapter of the international Barbershop Harmony Society. The chapter was formed in 2001 by a small group of men in the Nature Coast area, some of whom were members of the renowned Heralds of Harmony chorus in Tampa.

Doors will open at 6:00pm, with the show beginning at 7:00pm. Tickets are $10 for historical society members, and $15 for the public. Cost includes museum access, appetizers, and soft drinks. The museum does not provide paper tickets and will instead check in party names at the venue on the date of the show.

The Old Courthouse Heritage Museum is located at 1 Courthouse Square Inverness, FL 34450 and is a historical gem at the heart of Downtown Inverness. The iconic building with the clocktower has stood for 110 years, and although the business of the court is no longer transacted here, it is still an important pillar to the community. It is a place of learning, a community space, and of course, an entertainment venue. The fully restored 2nd floor courtroom recalls the majesty of turn-of-the-century architecture and design and provides an intimate and unforgettable setting for fantastic food, cheerful company, and magnificent music.

The Inverness Cultural Heritage Council, a d.b.a. of the Citrus County Historical Society, Inc. (a non-profit organization) asks for your financial support and or sponsorship for this performance series.
