Pasco Building Services Moves to Better Serve Our Community

Getting what you need from Pasco County Building Construction Services (BCS) is about to get easier and faster!  We’re opening a new location January 16, 2024, in New Port Richey to better serve our building and permitting customers.

Visit us in our new offices at 8661 Citizens Drive, Suite 100 – known as the former Social Security building.  It’s just down the street from our previous location.  The first-floor suites offer more space and convenience for our growing permitting and inspections teams who are processing permits faster than ever!

“Relocating to the Citizens Center will centralize operations and increase collaboration with our team members,” said Assistant County Administrator of Development Services Roy Mazur.  “We’re looking forward to having Building Inspections and Central Permitting under one roof to improve efficiency, create more training opportunities and offer a one-stop shop to our customers.”

Benefits of our new BCS location:

  • First-floor office space
  • More staff | Faster customer service | Shorter wait times
  • Collaborative spaces for trainings/meetings

If you’re in central or east Pasco and need help with permitting, you can still visit our full-service offices in Dade City and Land O’ Lakes. Visit mypas.co/PascoBCS for office locations.
