Pasco County Offices to Close for Independence Day
Pasco County Government offices, including the Constitutional Offices and the Courts, will be closed Friday, July 3, 2020, in observance of Independence Day. All government offices and the Courts that are maintaining limited services as a result of the coronavirus pandemic will reopen Monday, July 6, 2020.
Pasco County Offices to Close for Independence Day
Pasco County Public Transportation (PCPT) will be open Friday, July 3, 2020, providing limited bus service. See a list of available routes here: bit.ly/PCPTRiderAlerts. PCPT administrative offices will be closed to walk-in customers Friday, July 3, 2020; however, phone lines will be open. PCPT will be closed, and bus services will not run Saturday, July 4, 2020. *PCPT will resume all regular routes Monday, July 6, 2020.
All Pasco County Libraries will be open Friday July 3, 2020; however, they will be closed Saturday, July 4, 2020.
The Pasco County Animal Services Administration Office, Adoption Center, Intake/Reclaim Shelter and Field Services will be closed Friday, July 3, 2020. An Animal Control Officer will be available for emergencies only. The Adoption Center & Intake/Reclaim will be open Saturday, July 4, 2020, with reduced hours from 12 – 5 p.m.
The Pasco County Resource Recovery Facility, West Pasco Class III, and the East Pasco Transfer Station will be open to the public Friday, July 3, 2020. Both facilities will be closed to the public Saturday, July 4, 2020; however, they will be open to Pasco County licensed commercial haulers.
The Pasco County Tax Collector’s Office will be closed Friday, July 3, 2020, and Saturday, July 4, 2020.
Note: The Florida Department of Health in Pasco County will be closed Friday, July 3, 2020.
