Pasco County Senior Services Expanding Programs
We’re growing – to better serve our seniors! Pasco County Senior Services (PCSS) is proud to be named the new lead agency for Community Care for the Elderly (CCE) in Pasco County – effective September 1, 2023.
This transition comes on the heels of a vote by the Area Agency on Aging Board of Directors. As PCSS takes on this new role, we’re working to ensure seniors in our community experience no disruption in service. We are dedicated to continuing to provide excellent care for our elderly population.
Pasco County will now oversee these three programs providing services to our seniors:
- Community Care for the Elderly
- Alzheimer Disease Initiative
- Home Care for the Elderly
“This is a great opportunity for Pasco County, and we look forward to expanding our services to our seniors,” said Director of Community Services Brian Hoben. “There’s no need to worry. Our clients can expect the same continuity in services that they have already experienced.”
Current programs PCSS administers include:
- Home Delivered Meals
- 4 Congregate Dining Sites
