Pasco Now Accepts New Residential Permit Applications Online

In an effort to better serve our customers and reduce processing times, Pasco County Central Permitting now accepts new residential permit applications electronically through our upgraded Accela online portal.  Document submission, digital plan review and a comprehensive instructional video series is just a click away and always available from the convenience of your home or office.

Customers also have the option to apply online and drop off printed plans at one of three Central Permitting locations in New Port Richey, Land O’ Lakes or Dade City.
