Johnny (ID: A003299) is a diamond in the rough! This 3-year-old weighs about 55 pounds. He can be energetic and playful, but is much calmer outside of his kennel. He’s just so eager for attention and exploring! This friendly, sweet boy walks well on a leash, knows “sit” and is learning “down.” He also takes treats gently. Johnny would make a good walking or jogging companion, but when it’s time to relax, he enjoys sunbathing out in the yard. He hasn’t yet been introduced to other male dogs, but does well with gentle females. Ruby (ID: A002255) is a friendly, sweet girl with a soft, quiet nature. This 2-year-old weighs about 50 pounds. She walks well on a leash; knows the sit, down, stay and come commands; and takes treats gently. She also rides well in the car. Ruby is learning to make friends with other dogs and prefers those that are calm and gentle like she is. However, she may do best in a home without cats or with a slow introduction.
