Pet of the Week – Reno and Shebang
Looking for a snuggly dog? Reno (ID: A004927) may be your guy! He is about 7 years old and 65 pounds. He’s so sweet and happy, and he loves to play and give kisses. He wants nothing more than to get lots of attention from his human. Reno is food-motivated but could use a little work on taking treats more gently. He knows the sit and shake commands, and he walks well on a leash. His previous owner reported he was house-trained. Reno has done well with laidback female pups at the shelter, and he previously lived with another male dog. He may be most successful meeting other dogs off-leash, as he can get nervous when he feels confined. He would also do best in a home without cats. If Reno sounds like a good fit for you, make an appointment with Pasco County Animal Services today to meet him!
Shebang (ID: A005314) is such a happy boy! He is about 6 years old and 50 pounds. This playful, energetic pup loves to give kisses and cuddle. He walks well on a leash but could use some work on jumping. Although friendly and sweet with people, Shebang may do best as an only pet. He is believed to be deaf, but he is attentive and knows the hand signal for sit. He also takes treats gently. If you’d like to meet him, make an appointment with Pasco County Animal Services today!
