Tickets are still available for Live Oak Theatre’s Night in Vienna. Live Oak Conservatory’s scholarship fundraiser will be held on Saturday evening, May 4. Dancing begins at 8 pm and will feature a complete Viennese experience. The ball will provide entertainment on both levels of the Carol & Frank Morsani Center for the Arts located at 21030 Cortez Boulevard, Brooksville, Florida 34601.

Tickets are still on sale for Live Oak Theatre’s “Night in Vienna”

A delectable selection of hors d’oeuvres similar to what you would find in a ball in Vienna will be provided by Continental Catering. All refreshments will be served on the veranda overlooking the garden area. Complimentary coffee, tea and dessert will also be served and there will be a cash bar.

The floor of the theatre will be cleared, and patrons will dance to the DJ talents of Jason Sager, who will play a selection of modern dance music. The Grand Ballroom will feature ballroom and swing style music and the vocal and musical talent of Live Oak Theatre and conservatory faculty and students. Members of the Live Oak Conservatory will provide tributes to such artists as Michael Bublé, Josh Groban, and Harry Connick, Jr. Hernando County’s own Stephanie Barnett Sager and Randi Olsen will perform a wide range of classical and Broadway ballroom tunes.

Cake decoration contest.
The Viennese ball will also feature a Viennese cake decoration contest. Members of the community are invited to enter the cake contest and provide samples for an audience chance award. A prize will be offered for the cake chosen by the audience as the best cake of the evening. Cakes will then be auctioned off to the highest bidder.

NEED A GOWN?
We can help. A Night in Vienna was rescheduled to May 4 to give  our patrons an opportunity to obtain appropriate attire for the evening. Live Oak Theatre offers a selection of gowns available for rent at a reasonable cost.

Tickets are $75 per couple or $40 per ticket, which will include the European refreshments, coffee and tea. RSVP is required by April 26. After April 26 the cost will be $85 per couple or $50 per ticket. A limited number of tickets will be available at the door for $75 per person.
