Two Good Soles Donations Helps Thousands of Students

A community effort helps Pasco County students put their best foot  forward!  This is our eighth year, and the Two Good Soles Shoes and Socks Drive stepped up to the challenge once again – resulting in one of our most successful drives yet!

Pasco County Government and Constitutional Offices collected more than 9,000 pairs of shoes and socks for kids in Pasco County Schools during our 2023 drive.

This year’s drive resulted in 3,198 pairs of shoes and 5,939 pairs of socks!

Since 2016, the Two Good Soles event has collected 18,340 pairs of shoes and 45,685 pairs of socks, which social workers distribute to Pasco students.

“As a county, we want to give back to our community,” says Assistant County Administrator for Public Services Cathy Pearson.  “This is our great way of giving back, especially right before the holidays.”

All collected shoes and socks are being distributed to students enrolled in Pasco County Schools.
