Dr. Delgado comes to Unity VIP Health Care with over 30 years of experience as a family physician in evaluating and effectively managing patients. She received her medical degree from Universidad Central del Este in San Pedro, Dominican Republic. She completed residency at Hospital Universitario Ramon Ruiz Arnau Hospital in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. She completed an internship at Hospital de Areia de Aqmacao.

In her 30 years of practice Dr. Delgado has assisted in directing a research group in Florida in the development of new therapies. She has served as a consultant physician at SSS Advantage Care Insurance in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and was medical director of Advantage Managed Care in Area, Puerto Rico. She has also served as a medical director for Federal 330 Center and was quality assurance committee director for HIMA’s outpatient clinics. In addition, she also practiced for 18 years in Hatillo, Puerto Rico.
