Volunteers Sought for Brooksville Main Street April Events

Brooksville Main Street is gearing up for a busy April and we would love your help! 

Would you like to: 

  • Support a great cause? 
  • Share your talent and energy with an awesome group of people? 
  • Have an incredible amount of fun while volunteering at downtown events? 

Volunteering is easy and flexible! Whether it’s just for a short shift or for multiple shifts and events. Volunteers are not required to have previous training, and anyone can volunteer; opportunities are open to adults, community service organizations, student clubs, and athletic teams!   

Here are a few opportunities to choose from: 

Art & Wine Stroll – Thursday, April 4 from 6 – 11 pm

  • Event Set up                3 – 5:30 pm includes VIP area
  • VIP Food Server            6 – 9 pm 
  • Event Takedown          9 – 11 pm 

Friday Night Live – Friday, April 12 from 6:30 – 9:30 pm

  • Set Up Event | Merch and Bar areas    3 – 5:30 pm 
  • General Runners                                6:30 – 9:30 pm 
  • Take Down Event |Merch and Bar       9 – 11 pm
  • Merch Tent sales                                6 – 9:30 pm

Beautify Brooksville- Saturday, April 13 from 8 am – 12 pm 

  • Set Up Event                                    6:30 – 8:00 am   
  • Project Volunteers                            8 am – 12 pm  
  • Clean up Event                                 12 – 1 pm

Farmers Market- Saturday, April 20 from 8 am – 2 pm 

  • Set Up Event 6:30 – 8:00 am 
  • General Runners 8 am – 2 pm (shifts avail) 
  • Take Down Event 2 – 3 pm

Remember the Brooksville Main Street Board of Directors will host a Volunteer Appreciation Picnic right after the Beautify Brooksville event on April 13 from 1 – 3 pm in Hernando Park. You are invited, but please RSVP so we have a proper head count!
