West Pasco Audubon Society April Happenings

The West Pasco Audubon Society meets the first Saturday of each month, at 11:00 AM, at the J. B. Starkey Wilderness Park Education Center, 10500 Wilderness Road, New Port Richey, 34655.  The program on Saturday, April 7, 2018 is “Plants for Birds” presented by Barbara Walker, President of West Pasco Audubon Society, coordinator of Eagle Watch, and a member of the Florida Audubon Board.  There will also be a native plant sale, in conjunction with the Native Plant Society.

Nature Walk planned for April 7

On Saturday, April 7, 2018 there is a Morning Nature Walk at the J. B. Starkey Wilderness Park.  Meet at 8 AM at the Wilderness Park Education Center.

Field Trip to Fort Desoto to Observe Spring Migrations April 21

On Saturday, April 21, 2018 there will be a field trip to Ft. Desoto to observe the spring migration of Warblers, Orioles, etc.  Meet at 7:00 AM at the Panera Bread lot, the corner of SR 54 and Little Road.  For more information, contact Mike Kell jmkell@verizon.net.
