East Citrus Community Center, located at 9907 E Gulf-to-Lake Highway, Inverness, has added new classes to their exercise schedule.

What’s Happening at the East Citrus Community Center

Both classes are taught by certified Flex Silver Sneaker instructor Kathy Johnson. Tai Chi classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00am, with Cardio Line Dancing classes on Fridays at 10:00am. Classes are $3.00 or $1.00 for Silver Sneakers.

In addition, the community center will host a series of Savvy Caregiver Trainings, presented by Amanda Sparkman of Elder Options. These seminars will be held on Wednesdays at 1:00pm from September 28 – November 9, 2022 and are free of charge.
